During previous employment with premier companies where Jose has been able to participate in various roles. Those roles include project manager, requirements engineer, site designer/usability tester, architect, developer, client and vendor relationshiop, technical software trainer, manager, and technical customer service/helpdesk solution provider. The high profile clients that directly benefited from Jose’s participation and experience include MTV, UPS, ING Canada, Oracle, Xerox, E.W. Scripps, Ikon, Conagra, Dana, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois, Gates, ThyssenKrupp, Sungard, Juniper Networks, Medtronic, LPL, UOP, LoJack, ACE Hardware and a number of other well known entities.

Jose has also worked as an instructor at a Scott Community College in Muscatine teaching the MS Office Suite, has instructed four classes information systems and databases at SVCC and web development and programming at Rockford Career College. He has also taught web development fundamentals in HTML, ASP, JAVA, SQL, and CSS for a learning center. Jose is also certified in Adobe Software as well as in ITIL V2.
