After a long indirect path to Palm Springs, CA, no thanks to U.S. Airways, I arrived at a quite Mission Hills Resort at 2:30 a.m. It appeared that I had just missed the evening’s opening mixer as I learned the next day.

Overall it was an excellent learning experience and I was able to interact with many TQ employees and our customers. More impressive was learning how large entities implemented our software that literally saved them millions of dollars. There solutions, to use a technical term, were very cool!

The resort itself was beautiful and the room was relaxing and very comfortable.
